The purpose of these GCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the reservation and sale of the services offered by Maison Zugno, in particular:

• Accommodation (rooms and suites).
• Catering (table reservations).
• Complementary services (wellness, activities, etc.).

Booking confirmation
A reservation is considered firm and definitive only after receipt of written confirmation by e-mail, accompanied, if applicable, by full or partial payment in accordance with the conditions specified.

Payment

• Any other method specified on the site.

A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation, in accordance with the terms indicated at the time of booking.

Modification or cancellation

Maison Zugno undertakes to provide the reserved services in the best possible conditions. However, Maison Zugno cannot be held liable in the event of :

• Force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
• Non-compliance by the customer with these GCS.

Customer
The customer undertakes to:

• Respect the rules of property.
• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Pay the total amount due in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, catering or leisure services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.

All content on the maison-zugno.com website (text, images, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Personal data collected at the time of booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used solely to manage reservations and to communicate with the customer.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the competent courts. Failing agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
